Terms of Service

General

- I have the right to refuse any commission without reason. Additionally, I may refund a commission without reason.
- I need a visual reference to work from, otherwise I will charge a 25% fee for design.
- These terms may be updated! Depends on what I remember to add.
- All works are done on various canvas sizes at 300 DPI, to customize this please ask before I begin work!

Payment and Refunds

- USD is the only currency I accept.
- Payment is upfront and typically through PayPal invoices. I will not start until paid. (If you need an alternative way to pay, please let me know! I can do Cashapp and Venmo)
- Refunds can be requested up until I have partially started your commission. Each stage of progress I hit will regress the refund by 25%. Ex. If requested before I have started, you'll get a full refund. If I've already started sketching/lining, it will be partial.
- Note about partially refunded work: You do own whatever I have finished up until that point, however you cannot seek out another artist to finish it. Please respect this.
- I will accept payment plans for any commissions over $200 USD

Revisions

- Revisions during the sketch-phase and lineart-phase are entirely free, the sooner you let me know what you'd like changed the better!
- Minor revisions afterwards are at least 5% of the original commission's price each.
- Major revisions can come at a 10-25% of the original commission's price depending on what needs changed.

Usage / Turnaround

- [Usage] As an artist, I do retain the right to present your commission in my portfolio or as an example.
- [Usage] If you'd like to post your commission, all that I ask is that you link back/credit me whenever reposted.
- [Usage] Commissions may not be sold for monetary gain/value, personal printing is fine, but commercial printing is not allowed.
- [Usage] If interested in commercial work, please contact me and we can discuss the matter!
- [Usage] My work may never be used in NFT or any crypto spaces, doing so will result in being blacklisted.
- [Turnaround] My typical turnaround time is about 2 weeks to about a month. If circumstances arise that extend this time, I will update you.
- [Turnaround] If you need a commission done sooner than my typical turnaround time, it can be made a priority commission at the additional cost of 25% of the original cost.

Work Progress / Updates

- Typically, I will try and get your commission started as soon as possible within my queue! Note, that it may take some time depending on prior projects.
- I will always come to you to verify the sketch, if you need any changes though please do let me know!
- Afterwards I can either offer Frequent Updates or return with the finished piece.
- Frequent Updates do not cost extra, but may take longer based on response time. With this, I will return to you with screenshots of each phase [sketch, lineart, coloring, shading, etc.] for approval, this also gives you ample time to ask for any changes as desired!

NSFW / Suggestive Work

- Noted, I have not taken NSFW nor suggestive commissions before, but I am willing to.
- All characters depicted must be 18+, acts must be consensual, and otherwise safe and sane.
- I have the right to refuse kinks without reason.
- NSFW commissions have a +50% rate added to them based on the basic rate of the selected commission type. Ex. Fullbody character art is $100-125, as a NSFW commission it becomes $125-150

Additional Pricing:
- Speedpaints are an option! You can request any music, copyrighted or not. Due to not making money from YouTube, this will be an additional +100% of the base commission.
- Adding an additional character to any commission type adds a +50% fee to your commission.
- Adding any props to a commission past the first two is an additional $5.
- All prices are listed to show range, final price is based on complexity of the character/extra details. Please respect if I find your character's design complicated and therefore the price is more.
